this year? Share your thoughts and ask for support if you would like some
help.
- Query: Do you have any concerns or issues that you would
like to bring to the group for input? This is the place to ask for
support from others.
SECTION 3: Discussion group on the question: How do librarians
maintain a valuable presence in the school?
- Librarian positions and the importance of the librarian in a school
seems more and more often to be undermined or decimated. What must we do
to ensure the integrity of our positions? What roles must we play to stay
a viable force in our schools? What steps are necessary for full inclusion
in our school communities? How can we market the library? Bring thoughts
back to the group at large.
